So Jen's changed their wonton soup and I was worried it wouldn't be the same. If you can believe it, it's even better. Bite size wonton are fantastic and the broth is outstanding. I suggest you order extra wontons. You won't regret it.

Jen's is a bit of a drive from me but it's always a treat to visit. On top of the clean and spacious eating area, their quality is a step above most other chinese take-out spots I've been to. I ordered their orange chicken dinner combo & my girlfriend ordered their beef chow mein dinner combo. Dinner combos here come with either an egg roll or soup, no drink so that's extra. The orange chicken was stellar. Big chunks of white meat chicken with a crispy yet thinly battered exterior; I hate when there's more batter than chicken. The orange sauce itself was aromatic, citrusy, and chock full of orange flavor. It's also important to note that it wasn't completely drowned in it. Their fried rice is decent and has a delicate smokey flavor from the wok that I liked. Their egg rolls though... not a fan. I think the filling had too much sesame oil in it because that's all I could taste, I didn't finish it and neither did my girlfriend. I had a little bit of the beef chow mein and it was okay, it felt like more sauce than anything, not a personal favorite for sure. Their beef is really tender here though, I'd recommend their pepper steak and onions over the chow mein if you're looking for a solid beef dish. Overall, a higher level chinese take-out spot with some hits and a few misses noted. I do appreciate the complimentary tea though.

Food is actually not that bad its pretty good order her at least once a week and the food always comes nice and hot. There has never been an issue when it comes to ordering the gentleman that answers the phone when i call always accommodates any requests i have. Definitely a place worth trying if you are in the massapequa area!
